NIAMKEY Amon Thomas is the Founder & CEO of Amon & Partners Group (APG), leading advisory and execution from strategy to measurable results across e-mobility/EV charging (IRVE), energy, business development, bankable business plans & financial models, audits/PMO, and multi-sector training & coaching. He is an Industrial Engineer (INP-HB) with an MBA (London Business School) and executive education at Harvard Business School. He also holds a Master’s in Economic Regulation and Infrastructure Project Management, a Certificate in Effective Asset Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a Certificate in Electric Mobility (ecosystem, financing models, batteries).

Thomas has worked across the energy sector, from policy and regulation to operations, and was among the first to deliver a gas station for fueling buses in his market—an early proof of his “plan-to-operations” approach. Known for turning African policy, regulation, and local-content frameworks into bankable, compliant, and maintainable projects, he leverages strong relationships across public institutions and private industry. Bilingual French/English, he leads teams that impact.
